With this machine, materials of a range of viscosities from low to high can be evenly mixed and kneaded.
The mixture is repeatedly compressed, pulled, and sheared via the strong rotation of the special agitating blades lined up in parallel inside the fixed container, such that the mixture is completely kneaded in a short time. 【Features】 ● We offer types of kneaders that differ in how they discharge the raw material: one type does it by turning the chamber laterally and another does it through the bottom (using a Y-shaped valve, etc.). ● There are also different types: one is a constant-speed-type in which the blades on the two shafts overlap, and the other is a tangential irregular-speed type. The former and the latter are suitable for kneading high- and low-viscosity materials, respectively. ● The installation of heating and cooling jackets allows the machine to be used in the reaction, melting, aggregation,evaporation, and degassing, etc., of raw material.
