Among these, the "Tero Plate" has been recognized for its excellent performance and track record, winning the "TPM Excellent Product Award (Effective Award)" from the Japan Plant Maintenance Association in 2011. ■ Wear-resistant Plate: "Tero Plate," "CDP Plate" Plates with a hardened layer created by thermal spraying or welding on the surface of mild steel. ■ Wear-resistant Pipe: "Tero Pipe," "Cast Tube" Pipes with a hardened layer created by thermal spraying or welding on the inner surface. ■ Wear-resistant Paddle for Casting: "Tero Paddle" A wear-resistant paddle for high-speed mixers, specially built with wear-resistant material containing ultra-hard particles. ■ Thermal Spraying Plunger Chip for Die Casting: "Tero Plunger" Plunger chips enhanced for heat resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance through thermal spraying.
