Wear-resistant plate "Tero Plate"
For the manufacturing of ducts, blades, etc., with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Lightweight and thin, making processing easy.
The "Tero Plate" is a wear-resistant plate that has a nickel-based self-fluxing alloy thermally sprayed onto the surface of the base material. The hardened layer has a uniform and excellent hardness, and is smooth and lightweight. The thin plate, with a total thickness of 6.5mm (2mm hardened layer + 4.5mm base material), allows for easy bending, drilling, and bolt installation. Its lightweight nature reduces the burden of transportation, installation, and work at heights, contributing to cost savings. 【Features】 - Suitable for erosion, scratching, and galling wear protection from powders, soil, and fluids. - Due to the nickel-based alloy, it exhibits not only wear resistance but also high corrosion resistance. - Contributes to the longevity of production machinery. - An even thinner and lighter ultra-lightweight type (total thickness of 2.6mm or 3.3mm) can also be custom-made.
basic information
【Applications】 - Conveying chutes, cyclones, air transport pipes, casing for mixers, tank bottom plates for kneaders, ducts, fans for dust collectors, impellers for blowers, guide liners, molds for concrete product manufacturing, chain conveyor rails, bottom parts of forklift forks, various hopper components, and more. 【Features Details】 - Wear-resistant: The thermal spray layer is made of a nickel-based alloy with two types: chromium carbide and tungsten carbide. - Unlike welding, thermal spraying does not melt the base material, resulting in a uniform hardened layer without a dilution layer, providing excellent wear resistance. - The surface is extremely smooth, and the low-friction thermal spray surface is suitable for abrasion resistance. - Lightweight wear-resistant plates reduce the burden of transportation, installation, and work at heights, contributing to cost reduction. - Custom-made ultra-lightweight wear-resistant plates with a total thickness of 2.6mm to 3.3mm can be produced, with a base material thickness of 1.6mm to 2.3mm and a thermal spray thickness of 1.0mm. - The thermal spray layer consists of components with excellent corrosion resistance. Using stainless steel as the base material can further enhance performance significantly. - Improved wear resistance can extend the lifespan of production machinery, increasing operational rates and reducing downtime costs, leading to overall cost reduction. *For more details, please refer to the documentation.*
