We would like to express our congratulations on the continued prosperity of your company. We are also deeply grateful for your exceptional support. Regarding the matter at hand, our company reviewed product prices in 2021; however, since then, costs such as raw materials, labor, and transportation have fluctuated. We have been striving to absorb these costs through operational efficiency and cost reduction. However, as you are aware, due to the surge in raw material prices and disruptions in transportation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the situation in Ukraine, it has become difficult to absorb the increase in procurement costs solely through the efficiency of sales activities and logistics operations. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we must revise our product prices. We kindly ask for your understanding of the circumstances. ■ Products subject to price revision: Equipment, reagents, consumables, parts, some service fees, maintenance contracts ■ Implementation date of price revision: Maintenance contracts from the renewal on January 1, 2023 Equipment, reagents, consumables, and parts from orders received on April 1, 2023 Service fees from services conducted after April 1, 2023 * For the revised service fee schedule, please contact our company.
