At FOS Japan, as a director of the Rapid Research Association, I contribute to the improvement and development of hygiene management techniques using rapid testing methods in Japan's food sanitation management. We will hold the 47th lecture titled "The Contemporary Significance of Rapid Testing" on February 15 (Wednesday) at the Tsukishima Social Education Center in Tokyo.
