This time, Foss Japan exhibited "Food Scan 2" at the booth of Fukushima Galley Co., Ltd. during the Supermarket Trade Show 2023 held from February 15 to 17. Please feel free to contact us for inquiries about demos♪ ---------------------------- What is Food Scan 2? ---------------------------- It is a state-of-the-art near-infrared analysis device specifically designed for measuring various types of meat and meat products, equipped with dedicated calibration for nutritional labeling items, capable of measuring in just 15 seconds. Additionally, it includes calibration curves for various types of side dishes, frozen foods, and bento boxes. It achieves high-precision and high-speed measurements using transmission-type near-infrared analysis.
