[Seminar Report] Introduction of the Automatic Protein and Nitrogen Analyzer, Automatic Distillation Device "Keltec 9"

At FOSS Japan, we have planned a webinar to introduce the Kjeltec 9, the successor to the Kjeltec 8000 series, which was recently released, and to showcase the equipment. The Kjeldahl method is certified as a standard method in Japan for the analysis of protein and nitrogen content in agricultural products, general foods, pharmaceuticals, soil, fertilizers, and water quality. While manual analysis using laboratory instruments continues, there has been an increasing trend towards the use of automatic distillation and titration devices to enhance speed and minimize contact with hazardous reagents. The Kjeltec 9 was released last year as the successor to the Kjeltec 8000 series. In addition to the safety features carried over from the 8000 series, various improvements have been made to provide a more user-friendly interface for our customers.
