[Exhibition Report] We exhibited Food Scan 2 at Food Tech Japan!

We exhibited the Food Scan 2, a near-infrared analysis device capable of rapid nutrient analysis, at the 4th Food Tech Japan held at Tokyo Big Sight from December 6 to 8, 2023! The Food Scan 2 is equipped with calibration models for nutritional labeling, meat, fish, and dairy products, and we conducted sample analyses using the actual device at the venue.
