[Seminar/Demo Report] NIR Seminar 2019 (Sample Submission Demo) *Kobe/Fukuoka/Tokyo

We held NIR seminars at three locations: Kobe, Fukuoka, and Tokyo. Thank you very much to all the participants at each venue. We will continue to hold these seminars regularly, so please look forward to the next one. ◆ Seminar Overview - Basic knowledge of NIR principles - Differences in NIR measurement methods - Introduction of FOSS NIR equipment - Introduction of digital services (demonstration) ◆ Demonstrations (Examples) - FoodScan 2 (meat and dairy products such as cheese, butter, and cream) - NIRS DS2500 (corn, snacks, yogurt, etc.) - Infratec NOVA (wheat, flour, barley, soybean meal, beer, etc.) ◇ Survey Comments "It was very informative." "I would like it to be held in other areas as well." "It was good to understand the differences from the current software." *We are also planning a food analysis seminar (title tentative) in May 2019.
