[Seminar Report] Food Analysis Seminar 2019 - Towards the Complete Transition of Food Labeling Law -

We held a food analysis seminar at three venues: Fukuoka, Tokyo, and Tokyo. Thank you very much to all the participants at each venue. We will continue to hold such seminars regularly, so please look forward to the next one. ◆ Seminar Overview - Ensuring the reliability of analytical values (Advisor Akemi Yasui, Food Research Division, National Agriculture and Food Research Organization) - Analysis of proteins in food - Analysis of dietary fiber and measurement of lipids - Introduction of analysis equipment for phosphorus ◆ Survey Comments "I was glad to understand the differences between the Kjeldahl method, Dumas method, and near-infrared spectroscopy." "I want to know more." "I was pleased to confirm the flow of testing for dietary fiber and lipids." "I was able to learn about items that also correspond to the trending HACCP." "I hope for seminars to be held in other areas." "It would be great to have online training as well."
