Regarding the subject matter, our company reviewed product prices in 2017 and has been providing them to our customers without any revisions since then. During this time, costs such as raw materials, labor, and transportation have fluctuated, and we have made efforts to absorb these increases through operational efficiency and cost reduction. However, it has recently become difficult to absorb the rising procurement costs solely through the efficiency of sales activities and logistics operations. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we must revise the prices of some products. We kindly ask for your understanding of the circumstances surrounding this decision. Attached is the updated shipping and service fee schedule. Details regarding the prices of reagents and consumables will be provided after January 2021. For service parts, we would appreciate it if you could contact us as needed.
