Recently, Foss Japan held a wine seminar. In this seminar, we welcomed Professor Teruaki Sone from the Graduate School of Agriculture at Hokkaido University, who presented on the application of wine analysis using FTIR near-infrared spectroscopy, as well as case studies of FOSS wine analysis equipment used in European wine-producing countries.
