SP (conductive coating) magazine stick

Magnetic sticks that compensate for the shortcomings of conventional anti-static treated products.

The material of the main body is PC (polycarbonate) resin, which has a higher heat resistance temperature (about 120°C) compared to other materials (PVC, PET, PS) and can also be used for baking applications of semiconductor and IC components. To ensure long-term static prevention effects, there are methods such as incorporating antistatic agents or carbon compounds, but the functionality of antistatic agent blends significantly decreases once the bleed-out effect of the antistatic treatment agent is lost, and carbon blends cannot ensure transparency, making them difficult to use for inspection purposes. This product allows for baking, inspection, and shipping to be conducted in a single case, thereby achieving a reduction in processes by eliminating the need to transfer cases. Additionally, the main product body (magazine stick) is the same, and it is possible to differentiate between conductive coating products for internal processes and antistatic treatment products for shipping based on their applications.
