The next-generation freeze dryer RAY Plus from GEA has significantly improved energy efficiency, productivity, and ease of cleaning, in addition to the latest design in industrial-scale freeze drying. The RAY Plus freeze dryer (patent pending) is backed by GEA's 70 years of expertise in freeze drying research and development and engineering. The redesign of the chamber achieves better resource efficiency and reduces associated costs, truly supporting customers' large-scale processes. This newly designed chamber realizes a 30% increase in capacity compared to existing RAY freeze dryers with the same footprint by reducing pressure loss within the chamber, effectively enhancing throughput while optimizing space utilization. The RAY Plus chamber also supports thorough and rapid cleaning, and its user-friendly interface supports remote access.
