A powder transport device that can be introduced without increasing the oxygen concentration in the reaction vessel! Explosion-proof and containment-compatible.
DEC's PTS is a suction-type powder transport device that utilizes a vacuum pump. The device adopts a flat-type filter, making it compact. Since there are no electrical components in the device, explosion-proof measures are unnecessary. Compared to other transport devices such as pressure-fed systems, it can transport powders with minimal friction, greatly reducing the generation of static electricity. Depending on the combination with other devices, it can also accommodate containment levels of 1μg/m³. Additionally, by using options, it is possible to transport liquids, allowing for wet down after powder transport or internal pipe cleaning.
