I presented a poster on MTR at the "Pesticide Formulation and Application Methods Symposium."
On October 6 and 7, 2016, at the Kanagawa Prefectural Hall, we introduced MTR* in a poster presentation at the "Pesticide Formulation and Application Method Symposium." (*MTR... Mixer Torque Rheometer) Director Keijiro Terashita of the Osaka Life Science Lab presented the collaborative research conducted by the Osaka Life Science Lab, Dalton Co., Ltd., and our company. The poster exhibition received a tremendous response, and we received many questions during the networking event. Currently, in pesticide manufacturing, the main process is "wet granulation → extrusion → drying and granulating," and since granulation often relies on intuition and experience, some participants expressed interest in the necessity of measuring granulation degree. The Minibag from Tisza Textil is a single-use flexible container. This container, which consists of a bag section for tablets or powders and a frame, is designed to be used with interchangeable single-use bag sections. The bag features a double structure made up of an outer bag and an inner liner. The frame is also compatible with existing automated warehouses. Unlike rigid containers, it reduces the costs and time required for cleaning and cleaning validation, eliminating the need to purchase large container cleaning machines with high initial costs. A foldable frame is also available in the lineup. When not in use, it can be compactly folded for storage, saving valuable space in the factory.
