The Minibag from Tisza Textil is a single-use flexible container. This container, consisting of a bag section for tablets or powders and a frame, is designed to use interchangeable single-use bag sections. The bag features a double structure made up of an outer bag and an inner liner. The frame is also compatible with existing automated warehouses. Unlike rigid containers, it reduces the costs and time required for cleaning and cleaning validation, eliminating the need to purchase a large container cleaning machine with high initial costs. A foldable frame is also available in the lineup. When not in use, it can be compactly folded for storage, saving valuable space in the factory. By sharing the foldable frame, it is possible to accommodate a variety of products by only introducing the bags according to the manufacturing items. There will be no need for container cleaning during product changeovers.
