The Minibag from Tisza Textil is a single-use flexible container. This container, composed of a bag section for tablets or powders and a frame, is designed to be used by replacing the single-use bag section. The bag features a double structure consisting of an outer bag and an inner liner. The frame is also compatible with existing automated warehouses. Unlike rigid containers, it reduces the costs and time required for cleaning and cleaning validation, eliminating the need to purchase a large container cleaning machine with high initial costs. A foldable frame is also available in the lineup. When not in use, it can be compactly folded for storage, making efficient use of valuable space in the factory. By sharing the frame, it is possible to accommodate a variety of products by introducing only the bags according to the manufacturing items. One frame can be shared, allowing for the use of six different bag capacities ranging from 160 to 520 liters.
