The Minibag from Tisza Textil is a single-use flexible container. This container, consisting of a bag for tablets or powders and a frame, is designed to be used with interchangeable single-use bag parts. The bag features a double structure made up of an outer bag and an inner liner. The frame can be modified in design to suit existing processes. By using a foldable frame, it can be compactly folded and stored when not in use, saving valuable space in the factory. Additionally, it is possible to share one frame with bags of different capacities, allowing for a variety of products to be accommodated simply by introducing the bags according to the manufacturing items. One frame can be shared to use six different bag capacities ranging from 160 to 520 liters. Outer material: Polypropylene Inner liner material: Polyethylene (available in anti-static, light-blocking, and moisture-resistant materials, including multilayer with aluminum) Frame material: Stainless steel, aluminum Capacity: Approximately 100 liters to 600 liters Load capacity: 250 kg to 400 kg
