We held the "Dissolution Testing Technical Seminar 2018" at the Tokyo and Osaka venues. On the day of the event, Mr. Bryan Crist from Agilent Technologies in the United States gave a presentation on dissolution testing from the perspective of the latest guidelines. Additionally, Professor Yusuke Tanaka from Hiroshima International University spoke about "In vivo dissolution behavior of drugs in the gastrointestinal tract," and Mr. Satoru Arai from Toray Industries discussed "Key points for practical management in testing laboratories to accommodate the three poles." At the 43rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Cosmetic Science held on June 29 and 30, we conducted a panel exhibition at the venue. We introduced various products, including the ultra-high molecular 3D dendritic polymer PhytoSpherix from Canada's Mirexus and the micro-sponge technology from the U.S. company Health & Beauty Solutions, which garnered a lot of interest from attendees. In April 2017, we established a Quality Control Department directly under the president, and after a preparation period, it officially began operations in December. For the time being, we will conduct quality control operations related to the food ingredients and food additives that our company handles. We will promote a system that provides customers with peace of mind through the confirmation of the safety of the products handled by the Quality Control Department.
