Tank truck grounding confirmation system!
Is the tank truck properly grounded? The Earth-Rite RTR can guarantee that it is properly grounded!
The Earth-Rite RTR is a device that can prevent accidents caused by grounding work during filling and discharging operations in tank truck vehicles. For example, during the filling operation of a tank truck, the operator may connect the grounding wire to an incorrect grounding point on the tank truck, or the grounding wire may become disconnected during liquid transport. In such cases, the tank truck can become charged to 10-30 kV within 15-50 seconds. This level is sufficient to cause ignition or explosion due to static electricity. The Earth-Rite RTR continuously monitors to ensure that the grounding connection is correct and that the grounding resistance is appropriate. If there is a problem with the connection status, it can issue an alarm to the upper side via internal contact output (interlock function). This signal allows the customer’s equipment to stop the pump or sound a siren.
basic information
Earth-Rite RTR will not release the interlock if the ground wire is connected to a location other than the correct grounding point of the tank truck. Even if it is connected to the correct grounding point of the tank truck, if the ground wire becomes disconnected or the alligator clip comes off during liquid transport, the interlock will immediately activate. The interlock will also function if there is a problem on the grounding equipment side. It prevents ignition or explosion accidents caused by static electricity, which would not occur as long as grounding is reliably established.

We will be exhibiting at the INCHEM TOKYO 2021, the 34th Plant Show.
Thank you very much to everyone who visited during the event. Thanks to you, the seminar was well-attended and concluded successfully. If you have any questions regarding the exhibits, catalogs, or materials related to the exhibitor seminars that you viewed at the venue, please feel free to contact us at the information below. We will also respond to inquiries received during the event in due course. For more details about the seminars and other products, please do not hesitate to reach out. We look forward to your continued support. ▼ Information on the held seminar "Handling Toxic Powders and Powders That Should Not Be Exposed to the Atmosphere" Tasks such as incorporating toxic powders into equipment or packaging them are very challenging due to the ease of exposure to the powders. How can we perform these tasks safely (protecting the workers and preventing dust explosions) and efficiently? We addressed this issue.
