We achieved lightweight components, corrosion resistance, and total cost reduction by using iron material molds for aluminum castings.
The composite technology of aluminum castings and iron (cast iron) ensures the necessary strength while enabling weight reduction of the products. Additionally, by applying molten aluminum plating to the iron core material, the corrosion resistance performance can also be significantly improved.

The product in the photo is an example where the weight was reduced from 1.2 kg to 0.6 kg by using cast iron for the screw structure that requires strength and surrounding it with aluminum casting. Additionally, by applying a molten aluminum coating with a heat resistance temperature of 800°C to the cast iron screw part, significant improvement in corrosion resistance of the cast iron is achieved.
