Utilizing our own components such as ball screws and DD motors, we achieve both affordability and high performance. The design minimizes aging deterioration without gears, and with fewer parts, maintenance labor is also reduced. In addition to wafer transport, we offer custom solutions for PCB and glass substrate transport applications, and we can also propose transport axes for the robot tailored to specifications. We will also showcase the "Wafer Aligner" compatible with 2-12 inches and the thin DD motor "DMT Series," which is suitable for high-precision semiconductor manufacturing processes and AOI inspection equipment.
