Ball spline

Ball spline
HIWIN ball splines are rolling guide spline bearings. They consist of a nut, screw, balls, and a retainer, and utilize the rolling motion of the balls for linear motion mechanisms. Due to their angular contact structure, they have a high load capacity in both radial and rotational directions. The nut and bearing are integrated, achieving high load capacity while remaining compact. ■ Torque Transmission Capability Compared to linear bearings, the balls in the rolling grooves allow for relative motion between the nut and screw due to face-to-face contact, enabling torque transmission. ■ Integrated Structure The nut and bearing are integrated, resulting in high precision, lightweight, and compact design. ■ Easy Installation With a retainer, the balls do not fall out even when the spline shaft is removed. ■ Lubricant An optimal lubrication structure design supplies lubricant to the ball circulation area, enhancing lubrication effectiveness and extending service life. ○ For more details, please refer to the catalog or contact us.
