We would like to introduce a case where the water-soluble cutting oil "Alpha Cool NV Series" was adopted by Miyahara Co., Ltd. The company faced challenges in reducing running costs. By using our product, we proposed a reduction in usage and an improvement in anti-corrosion properties, which led to a decrease in costs and time spent on coolant management. After adoption, it was demonstrated that even with less than half the replenishment amount, the workability and stable pH (alkaline) were maintained. We are pleased to announce that our latest water-soluble cutting oil, the "Daphne Alpha Cool NV Series," has received the "Minister of the Environment Award" at the Green Sustainable Chemistry (GSC) Awards. This award recognizes our contribution to "reducing environmental impact" and acknowledges our product as socially implemented. The NV Series includes two types: an emulsion type that supports a wide range of processing from non-ferrous to alloy steel, and a soluble type specialized for iron processing.
