Small IH cooking appliance

This is an IH cooking device for hotel and restaurant kitchens. It can perform heating and cooking with high output and a thermal efficiency of 90% for everything from stir-frying to simmering. Temperature control is possible in 1°C increments. It uses IH heating without flames, ensuring safety and security. It is also environmentally friendly with zero CO2 emissions. In addition to the conventional pot diameter φ500/5kw type, a new pot diameter φ600/7kw type has also been released.
