    It is a machine that automatically weighs multiple powder raw materials. Up to 40 different weighing patterns can be registered, and it can also perform calculation of the mixture, completely eliminating human errors such as "weighing mistakes," "forgetting to add," and "double adding." Additionally, it can significantly reduce the time and effort previously required for manual weighing. Weighing data can also be collected in a .csv file, allowing for production management. The hopper can be easily disassembled completely without tools and can be thoroughly cleaned with water.

    Developed as a "fried rice automatic stir-fryer" that mimics the handmade style of frying, it can prepare 100 servings in just a few minutes at a high temperature of 300°C using a specialized stirring method to recreate the "aori" (flipping) technique, resulting in a product with a handmade-style frying sensation. The "pot" is HACCP compliant and features a reversing mechanism on both the input and output sides, allowing for confirmation of yield with weighing functionality. CO2 emissions are "zero," making it environmentally friendly, and with over 90% thermal efficiency, heat dissipation is reduced to about one-third compared to gas, allowing for a clean working environment. To date, approximately 400 units have been delivered both domestically and internationally, including to convenience store vendor factories, central kitchens of supermarkets, and in-flight meal production facilities. We offer two models: a 30 kW type and a 35 kW type.

    This is a continuous rotary kiln that can use both IH heating-type rotary kiln and IH heating-type superheated steam. It is a thermal processing device capable of "sterilization," "drying," "roasting," and "puffing" for coffee beans, sesame, nuts, tea leaves, and more. Additionally, by using the optional superheated steam, heating can be performed in an atmosphere close to an oxygen-free state inside the kiln, which helps prevent oxidation and reduces the risk of fire accidents caused by exuded oils. Since it uses IH heating (Induction Heating), temperature control is accurate and easy compared to gas heating, achieving a thermal efficiency of over 90%. This high efficiency also helps mitigate the deterioration of the working environment due to exhaust heat and reduces the load on exhaust equipment. As it does not use fire, the possibility of incomplete combustion or fire accidents is almost eliminated, allowing for safe and secure use. Furthermore, CO2 emissions are "zero," making it an environmentally friendly machine.
