For example, it can cook approximately 100 servings (about 25 kg) of fried rice in about 4 minutes. The dedicated rotating stirring blades do not damage the ingredients. It features temperature control in 1°C increments and a quick heating response. Additionally, it has over 90% thermal efficiency, resulting in less heat dissipation, which improves the working environment and reduces air conditioning load. It is a machine that emits "zero" CO2 and is environmentally friendly. In addition to fried rice, it can also prepare side dishes such as "kinpira gobo" and "hijiki ni." It is also capable of stirring noodles. The "pot" is HACCP compliant and can reverse on both the input and output sides, allowing for yield confirmation with weighing functionality. *Testing and cooking are possible at our demonstration kitchen.
