<Technical Document> Proposals for Reducing Defects in Plastic Molding from a Professional Perspective. Dr. Plastic Molding's Rheology Course.

アイ・ティー・エス・ジャパン
I will propose ways to reduce defects in plastic molding from a professional perspective. I will explain clearly using illustrations, graphs, and images. <Dr. Plastic Molding's Rheology Course - Basic Edition 01> How can we understand the physical properties of materials to stabilize moldability? To stabilize molding, it is essential to grasp the physical properties of the materials. What viscosity does the resin material have when it is in a melted state? How does it behave in terms of flow during actual extrusion molding? To understand this, knowledge of viscosity measurement tools such as "Melt Flow Indexer (MFR)" and "Capillary Rheometer," as well as simulation software for predicting flow behavior, is indispensable. I will explain how each of these contributes to the optimal design and troubleshooting of plastic molding in a way that anyone can easily understand.
