[Information] Introduction to Membrane Devices

There are four types of membranes: reverse osmosis membranes, nanofiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, and microfiltration membranes!

We would like to introduce the "membrane device" that we handle. The structure is a spiral element type that allows for the separation of low-concentration permeate water and high-concentration concentrate water from a source water of a certain concentration by using a membrane. It can be used for various applications such as sterilization of mineral water (MF membrane, UF membrane) and concentration of milk and soy milk (RO membrane). 【Advantages of Membrane Filtration】 ■ Alternative to Diatomaceous Earth Filtration - Less waste generated from filtration materials - No need for clarifying agents, clarifying tanks, or standing time ■ Purification and concentration without heat or chemicals - Suppression of component denaturation (taste changes) due to heating or chemicals - Sterilization without heating *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

basic information

【Spiral Element Type Structure】 ■Collection Pipe: Collects permeate water after membrane filtration ■Feed Water Spacer: Ensures the flow path of feed water ■RO/NF/UF Membrane: Removes ionic molecules with RO membrane, allowing only water to pass through ■Permeate Water Spacer: Ensures the flow path of permeate water *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
