Our high‑purity glycol ethers and alkanolamines feature metal‑ion levels reduced to the ppt and ppb range, and are widely used as solvents and components in photoresists, strippers, cleaning agents, and etching solutions. The high‑purity surfactant Metalify 1003 is a nonionic surfactant with metal‑ion levels reduced to the ppb range. Cleaning performance evaluations have confirmed improved cleaning effects through surfactant formulation.
