The case study of the introduction of Lions Mansion Koshigaya North was featured in the specialized newspaper "Mansion Management News," issue No. 1182, dated September 25, 2021.
The September 25, 2021 issue of "Mansion Management Newspaper" No. 1182 featured an article about the NMR Pipe Protector. The "Lions Mansion Koshigaya North" located in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture, introduced the NMR Pipe Protector in November 2010. Kunio Kitazawa, who was the chairman of the condominium management association at the time, stated, "It has been exactly six years since we introduced it this November.
