The "NMR Pipe Protector," a device for preventing red rust in pipes, has been introduced at the Vespa Sports Club.
In the January 1, 2023 issue of "Air Conditioning Times," No. 2945, an article was published featuring an interview about the effectiveness of the "NMR Pipe Protector," a rust prevention device installed in the piping of the renowned sports club "Vespa Sports Club" in Mie Prefecture, as well as case studies of its implementation. Sports clubs and fitness centers have been hit hard by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, but recently they have been recognized as places where people can "enhance their immunity through regular exercise and build a body that is less susceptible to infections," leading to a gradual return of users. However, the recovery trend in user numbers is slow, and the challenge is how to maintain facility functionality while keeping maintenance costs down without compromising service quality. Among these, the maintenance costs for sports clubs with pools and bathing facilities are high, and particularly, aging piping can easily lead to issues such as leaks if left unattended, resulting in enormous costs for pipe replacement. Therefore, this time, the article features the interview content regarding the relatively low-cost installation of the NMR Pipe Protector, which has achieved piping rehabilitation at the renowned sports club "Vespa Sports Club" Matsusaka branch in Mie Prefecture. ▼For more details, please see the related link▼

An article advertisement about the NMR pipe protector themed around SDGs has been published in the Mainichi Shimbun.
On September 16, 2022, an article advertisement for NMR Pipe Protectors was published in the morning edition of the Mainichi Shimbun under the theme "Let's Think About SDGs Together." The article introduces an approach to switching from pipe replacement, which has high CO₂ emissions, to extending the life of pipes with zero CO₂ emissions. By keeping the costs of pipe (replacement) construction in condominiums, schools, water facilities, and government buildings to 1/10 to 1/20 of the usual costs, it aims to ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy for all people.

Our article has been published on the electronic publishing platform "MEDIUM"!
An article from our company has been published on the electronic publishing platform "Medium"! Excerpt from "Everything You Need to Know About the Red Rust Prevention Device 'NMR Pipe Protector'" 1) Common water supply pipes in buildings such as apartments deteriorate over time due to red rust, making the red rust prevention device "NMR Pipe Protector" necessary. All buildings, including apartments, hospitals, hotels, and schools, have plumbing for baths, sinks, kitchens, and laundry. The piping material is generally a steel pipe with a vinyl lining (abbreviated as VLP), which has a layer of polyvinyl chloride on the inside, preventing the iron from coming into direct contact with water and thus preventing the occurrence of red rust. However, while there is no red rust in the straight sections of the pipes, red rust can occur at the joints between pipes, at the connections with copper alloy valves, and at the elbow joints made of copper alloy used to bend the pipes at right angles, as these areas come into contact with water. The joints where the piping connects with various components are fastened with screws, and since the threads are on the iron side, they gradually deteriorate due to red rust, leading to a reduction in the number of remaining threads by about half after approximately 20 years.
