In the packaging process of the production site for Wiener sausages, much relies on manual labor. The process involves (1) aligning the bending direction of each sausage and arranging a specified number in a row, and (2) using a dedicated jig to place the sausages into bags, or, in the case of a deep-draw vacuum packaging machine, feeding the sausages into pockets in accordance with the machine's operating speed, which is a labor-intensive task.
