We would like to introduce a case study of our "TCG Ring (Full Ring)" implementation. In the existing equipment, a belt pulley was adopted due to concerns about backlash. While the occurrence of play was prevented due to the friction of the belt, dust from the worn belt adhered to the products, leading to defective products and the need for manual cleaning of the dust from the products, which became a challenge.
