[Case Study] Simplification of Maintenance Work Around Wiring Using Split Rings
A case where the frequency of replacements has decreased, contributing to an overall reduction in maintenance costs.
We would like to introduce a case study of our "TCG Ring (Split Ring)." In a large processing machine, a standard 360° ring gear was used, but due to electrical wiring and air hoses running through the hollow section, it was necessary to disassemble the equipment and remove the entire ring gear during maintenance, which required significant time and manpower. By adopting the TCG split ring, it became possible to remove only the necessary parts for maintenance of the electrical wiring and air hoses, thereby reducing work time.
