[Case Study] Achieving an Efficient Equipment Layout

A case where it was possible to achieve compactness of the entire device while improving stopping accuracy and maintainability.

We would like to introduce a case study of our "TCG Ring (Split Ring)" implementation. With the new development of a component shape inspection device, there was a demand for overall compactness of the device, necessitating the arrangement of peripheral components such as jigs and sensors around the outer perimeter of the table, which was a challenge as it was encroaching on the surrounding space. After implementation, the overall compactness of the device was achieved, leading to improvements in the surrounding environment (ensuring clear pathways for personnel movement) and simplification of the wiring layout.
