[Case Study] Improvement of Device Operating Speed and Simplification of Maintenance

A case where high precision was maintained while achieving increased speed and improved quietness.

We would like to introduce a case study of our "TCG Runner" implementation. In the existing equipment, ball screws are used. We are considering the development of a new model with a long stroke specification, but long ball screws cause deflection, leading to increased vibration. Additionally, the long takt time made it difficult to meet the specifications required by the user.
