[Case Study] Drive Source for Robot Travel Axis <Combined with TCG Runner>

A case where the compatibility with rack and pinion was good, allowing the TCG runner's abilities to be better demonstrated.

We would like to introduce a case study of our enhanced ball reduction gear, the "SFP Series." In a welding robot travel axis, a combination of TCG runners, planetary reduction gears, and servo motors was used, but variations in the stopping position occurred due to the backlash in the reduction gear. After implementation, the play during stopping was eliminated, and positioning accuracy was improved.
