[Case Study] High-Load Work Transport in Clean Rooms
Examples of enabling rust prevention and high-speed, precise transport within clean rooms.
We would like to introduce a case study that adopted our "TCG Runner Stainless Steel Specification." We considered methods for transporting high-load workpieces within a clean room. While we were looking into using rack and pinion or chains for high-speed operation, issues such as positioning accuracy, dust generation, and the risk of rust became problems in the adoption process. By adopting this product, we enabled rust prevention and high-speed, precise transportation within the clean room, and we were able to improve productivity by allowing the simultaneous transport of a significant quantity of high-load batteries. 【Features】 - The use of stainless steel material achieves rust prevention and high corrosion resistance. - Rolling contact at the meshing parts enables low dust generation and long lifespan even under high-load and high-speed transport. - The non-backlash feature allows for high-precision positioning. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
