Inline filter (Magnum, MAGNOM)
It is an inline filter that reliably removes micron-level foreign substances such as iron powder from liquids without causing pressure loss!
The magnetic force reliably removes foreign substances (such as rust and iron powder) from the liquid, and the plate shape used in the inline filter significantly reduces pressure loss. Additionally, the structure is very simple, making maintenance easy.
basic information
This is an inline filter that removes iron powder suspended in liquid and associated contaminants using magnetic force. It reliably removes foreign substances, such as micron-level iron powder, that are floating in circulating cutting fluids, lubricants, and hydraulic oils. ◎ All conventional issues have been resolved with this plate design. ◆ The total cross-sectional area of the grooves through which the liquid passes is larger than the pipe diameter, so there is almost no pressure loss in the pump's fluid delivery. ◆ The plates are also strongly magnetized, ensuring that magnetic force extends to all areas of the liquid passing through the Magnum, capturing any suspended magnetic particles. ◆ The captured foreign substances accumulate within a strong magnetic field, preventing them from re-entering downstream. ◆ Cleaning can be easily accomplished by blowing off contaminants using compressed air or cleaning water injected from the side of the plates. ◆ The structure is simple, and since it can be installed directly into the circulation circuit, initial investment costs for installation or modifications are minimal.
