We are pleased to announce the launch of the "DT Series" floating connector with a 0.5mm pitch, compatible with high-speed transmission, at KEL. The "DT Series" is a floating connector with a 0.5mm pitch that supports high-speed serial signal transmission equivalent to the SATA standard. It allows for three-dimensional connections in stacked, horizontal, and vertical configurations, and recently we have expanded our options by adding a high-stack type that accommodates a maximum stack height of 20mm. As part of our efforts to further expand our variations, we are introducing a shell type that is designed for ESD and EMC protection. By surrounding the connector with a metal shell, it protects the signals from static electricity and noise, and the contact between shells enhances grounding. The connection method is stack connection (height 10mm), and we offer 30 and 40 pins. The "FTC series" is a connector for crimp cables with a pitch of 5.08mm. As part of our expansion of variations, we will be releasing a locking type (receptacle, cable-side connector, 12 poles). The newly released locking type features a locking mechanism on both sides of the connector, ensuring secure mating and ease of attachment and detachment. Kelu Corporation will launch the "FW Series" connectors. The "FW Series" is our first waterproof connector, with waterproof performance compliant with IP67. This product achieves one of the smallest and lowest profiles in the industry as a 5.0mm pitch connector. It enables a highly reliable design through three-point contact with our unique male and female identical terminals. Since the crimp terminals are identical, a common crimp applicator can be used, and the cable seal/seal ring is built into the housing, allowing for a reduction in labor during assembly. The number of poles available is 2, 3, or 4, and the housing color variations can be selected from three colors: white, red, and blue. The cable seals are available in three colors—black, light blue, and pink—tailored to the outer diameter of the cable insulation, enhancing visibility during work. Additionally, dummy pins are available as an option. By using dummy pins to block unnecessary cable insertion holes, it becomes possible to create a new pole configuration without changing the connector.

The newly released "FAS series" cable extension type is a cable-to-cable connector developed in response to market demands. The product offers three types of crimp contacts of different lengths and allows for three stages of staggered contact (live insertion and extraction) to be set at any position, thereby expanding design flexibility. Additionally, similar to the drawer connectors already offered by the company, the connector's guiding angle has been widened to facilitate positional adjustment during diagonal mating. To reduce stress after mating, a sufficient floating mechanism (±1.4mm in the XY direction) has been provided.
