We will be exhibiting at MECT2025 in October!
Kistler will showcase two products for cutting and grinding processing. 【Quartz Piezoelectric Wireless Rotary Dynamometer】 The wireless rotary dynamometer, equipped with a quartz piezoelectric element, measures forces in three axes (Fx, Fy, Fz) and torque (Mz) with the highest precision. It transmits data wirelessly, allowing for easy use without any modifications to the processing machine. This is particularly effective in mass production processes that utilize multiple machines. 【Piezo Tool System PTS App】 By combining the wireless rotary dynamometer with the PTS App software developed for industrial use, we open up new possibilities for advanced measurement, process analysis, and optimization. It is equipped with all the necessary analysis and measurement functions to efficiently evaluate data, regardless of data volume. Detailed information about these new products will be presented at Hall 3, Booth No. 3B27. We invite you to visit our booth. We sincerely look forward to meeting you. 【Event Information】 MECT2025 October 22 (Wed) - October 25 (Fri) at Port Messe Nagoya Kistler Booth: Hall 3, Booth No. 3B27

[Announcement of New Product Release] A dual-purpose tool useful on-site! Portable Charge Amplifier + Insulation Tester 5811A00
We have combined the charge amplifier and insulation tester into a single portable unit with a built-in battery, making it easy to carry on-site, and added new features to release the Portable Charge Amplifier + Insulation Tester 5811A00. <Features of the New Product> The charge amplifier (for displaying, evaluating, and saving measurement values) and insulation tester (for checking the insulation of sensors and cables) are now integrated into one portable unit with a built-in battery. Additionally, by adding graph and recording functions to the charge amplifier, the display of measurement waveforms and data recording can be completed within the device. We will also be hosting a webinar to introduce this product. For more details, please refer to the webinar announcement in the related links.

<Internal Pressure Measurement> Registration for the webinar on the "Visualization Solution for Inside Molds" optimal for epoxy resin is now open.
Registration for the webinar scheduled for November has begun! The content will primarily feature case studies on <semiconductor transfer molding> and <CFRP transfer molding> applications. Additionally, in response to the growing demand for electrification and lightweighting in the automotive industry, we will live-stream the know-how for optimizing the molding process, which has become a black box, using CG videos. Finally, we will briefly introduce highlights of IPF2023, where we will also be exhibiting this year. 【Date and Time】 Session 1: November 16, 2023 (Thursday) 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM Session 2: November 22, 2023 (Wednesday) 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM Both sessions will cover the same content, so please click the link for the date that works best for you below to register. In the webinar, we will provide detailed explanations using videos. If you would like, please feel free to view them in advance using the link below.

How do you measure?! Registration for the webinar on improving the press process is now open.
To connect the "visualization" of the manufacturing process to the expected improvement effects, it is not enough to simply accumulate traceability data or just hand over the collected data to AI. The key points are why, what data, and how to collect it, how to find clues for improvement from that data, and how to effectively utilize that data. In this webinar, we will focus on how to link "visualization of the manufacturing process" to quality improvement and defect reduction, particularly in the pressing process. We will introduce examples of sensing methods, errors that appear in waveforms, data management, and judgment methods, along with case studies and key points. I believe you will gain insights into quality improvement and cost reduction, so please take this opportunity to participate. [Title] Keys to Successful Visualization of the Pressing Process First Session: October 19 (Thursday) 15:30-17:00 Second Session: October 25 (Wednesday) 10:00-11:30 * Both sessions will cover the same content. Please check the details via the link below and join at a convenient time. https://www.kistler.idxp.jp/?p=6572
