Contec has developed an industrial computer capable of implementing up to 11 expansion boards equipped with the 10th generation (Comet Lake) Intel(R) Core(TM) processors, which will be available for order starting August 9, 2024, under the name "Solution-ePC(R) SR4100 Series" (hereinafter referred to as the new product). The new product features a 19-inch rack mount type chassis and is a build-to-order (BTO) industrial computer that allows users to select components such as CPU, memory, and storage according to their needs. It can accommodate up to 11 various expansion boards, including our measurement control and communication boards, and offers three types of configurations for the expansion slots: PCI multi-slot model, PCI Express multi-slot model, and a mixed PCI/PCI Express model. Additionally, it is equipped with a rich array of interfaces, including DVI-I ×1, 2500BASE-T ×1, 1000BASE-T ×1, USB 3.2 Gen1 (USB 3.0) ×6, and serial (RS-232C) ×2. It is also ideal for inspection equipment that uses multiple expansion boards and for transitioning legacy systems that utilize PCI boards.
