Contec has launched a new product in the CONPROSYS(R) series, the 4-channel thermocouple input module "CPS-SSI-4C" (hereinafter referred to as the new product), starting from February 13, 2025. The new product is an expansion I/O module that adds a thermocouple interface to the stack-type CPU modules of the CONPROSYS(R) series. It features 4 channels of thermocouple input in a single module. 【Main Features】 ● Supports various thermocouple input types It supports a variety of thermocouple input types, including J, K, E, N, R, S, and T. ● Equipped with cold junction compensation function The product includes cold junction compensation, eliminating the need to install an external temperature sensor for cold junction compensation, allowing for temperature measurement with just the thermocouple connection. ● Compatible with ambient temperatures of -20 to 60°C It is designed to operate in ambient temperature environments ranging from -20 to 60°C. ● Two-piece terminal block and DIN rail mounting The terminal block connectors can be removed without using a screwdriver, allowing for quick replacement of the product in case of failure. Additionally, the DIN rail mounting and slide installation make it easy to replace the product.
