Contec has newly released operation confirmation documents for the FA computer VPC series "VPC-1700/3100/5000-J," which is designed for 24-hour continuous operation and incorporates highly reliable, long-life components, ensuring availability and maintainability, with various Linux distributions. The release of these operation confirmation documents follows those for our embedded computers (BX series, DX series) and provides information not only on the distributions and versions but also on the necessary settings and packages for the operation of the Linux OS in the FA computer VPC series. We will continue to provide hardware, software, and services, ensuring that our customers can build systems with confidence while enjoying the benefits of open-source software (OSS), including Linux, by making the operation confirmation results available.
