Contec has newly developed an extended 2-slot model of the fanless embedded computer "Box Computer® BX-M1500 Series," which comes standard with the "Power Failure Protection™" feature that supports operation without shutdown. A total of 12 types (6 types with PCI Express (x8) expansion and 6 types with PCI expansion) have been newly added to the lineup, and sales began on November 30, 2021. Our company has been offering six types of the fanless, high-performance embedded computer "BX-M1500 Series," equipped with a 6th generation Intel® Core™ processor and various interfaces, excelling in expandability for IoT devices aimed at edge computing. With the addition of 12 new types featuring the standard "Power Failure Protection™" function and equipped with extended 2 slots, the total lineup now consists of 18 types.
