Leaf spring processing

Leaf spring processing
Kyo-Wa Hearts specializes in processing "thin, small, and narrow" plate springs. We are particularly skilled in the production of contacts and plate springs for mobile phones, computers, and connector parts. The processing of plate springs relies on an understanding of the material properties, especially backed by experience and accumulated data regarding springback. Once the design is complete, we start with prototyping. We can handle blank processing through laser cutting, wire electrical discharge machining, and etching, as well as bending processing using temporary molds, producing from one piece to 1,000 pieces. For mass production, we use progressive dies, capable of producing from 5,000 pieces to over a million. We cover everything.
