[For Pharmaceutical Companies] Organo Plate Workshop (Co-hosted by MIMETAS and Molecular Devices)
Training Content On the first day, you will practice basic culture methods using OrganoPlate 2-lane and 3-lane, and you will seed Caco-2 cells in the 3-lane to create tubular structures. On the second day, you will use the cultured cells to perform a Barrier integrity assay and cell staining. You will also practice actual image acquisition and analysis techniques using Molecular Devices' ImageXpress Micro Confocal. At the end of the second day, we are also planning a networking event. Culture example: https://mimetas.com/overview-mimetas-applications/perfused-gut-epithelium-tubules Analysis example: https://mimetas.com/page/assays#barrier Benefits We will give you two OrganoPlate 2-lane and 3-lane (worth a total of 100,000 yen).
