The "FLIPR Penta" is a high-throughput cell-based screening system developed to enhance the FLIPR platform for monitoring GPCRs and ion channels. With advanced high-speed cameras and Peak Pro2 software, it enables detailed measurement and analysis of calcium oscillations in human iPS cell-derived cardiomyocytes and neurons.
